Alissa invites all ladies and friends (kiddos are also welcome) to our annual Christmas Movie Night on Thursday, December 4th at 7pm in the Fellowship Hall. The movie will be “White Christmas.” Popcorn and drinks will be provided, but please feel free to bring Christmas snacks to share! 

All kids are invited to join Paula, Kayla, and Michelle every Sunday during children’s church to practice for the Christmas Play on Sunday, December 7th.

The Christmas play, Crazy, Busy, Peaceful Holy Night, will be Sunday, December 7th at 6pm. Bring friends, family, and finger foods for the fellowship to follow.

Chuck and Michelle Barnes will be hosting a Bible study in their home (341 White Cliffs Ln., Frankfort) the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month. It’s all about how we got what we now call “The Old Testament” and how to read it well. The next meeting will be Thursday, November 27th at 6pm.

PBC will offer a Grief Share opportunity for those experiencing grief, to be led by Tara Barnard and Dawn Williams. This 13-week Grief Share continues every Monday through Monday, December 1st at 6:30pm. Workbooks are available for $20 each. Starting at 6pm on Tuesday’s, we will be working through various studies and challenges. For the first 8 weeks we are going to talk about what it means to be a Gospel centered, missional community of disciples of Jesus. Bro. Steve looks forward to this opportunity with you as we continue to challenge one another on reaching our community for the kingdom of God! Currently, we have no arrangements for kids younger than youth but, please, don’t let that discourage you from attending! Feel free to have them tag along! There will be no Tuesday Teachings or Youth Group on Tuesday, November 25th.

Third Thursday Theology will resume December 18th at noon and 6:30pm in the Fellowship Hall. We will continue to work through the SBC Baptist Faith and Message. Everyone is welcome! 

All ladies are invited to Ladies Prayer Group the FIRST and THIRD Tuesdays of each month at 10:30am in the Fellowship Hall. The next meetings will be December 2nd and 16th.

You are invited to enjoy coffee and donuts each Sunday morning in the foyer beginning at 9am. You are welcome to take coffee/donuts to your Sunday School Class but PLEASE DO NOT take them into the Sanctuary. The donation jar is available if you would like to help with the costs. 

Our Prayer Blanket Ministry has touched and been a blessing to so many people. Throughout the years, several ladies have been involved in the making of the blankets, but due to health issues, they can no longer help and the supply of afghans and blankets is very low. If you can crochet and are willing to make some lap throws, please see Patsy Faulconer. We also have a supply of yarn. Patsy will gladly give you yarn if you are willing to help. All completed blankets can be given to Patsy.

If you are willing to volunteer as a nursery or children’s church worker to serve during Sunday morning services, either in rotation or to fill in as needed, please see Paula Fallis or Pam Wells.

“Cultivate: Preparing Younger Generations for the Truth and Application of God’s Presence and Plan” is led by Steve Rose Sundays at 10am, downstairs in the room across from the Youth Room. We are excited about this class and hope that all our young adults will be there!

We are excited for a new kids ministry Sunday School Class led by Annie Hamblin and Charity Smith for all kids K-5th Grade! The class meets every Sunday at 10am in the Children’s Church room. Nursery is available for Pre-K and younger.

PARENTS! For the safety of your children, please remember to utilize the iPad sign-in station each Sunday to sign your children in for Sunday School and/or Children’s Church. This is for ALL children—even those everybody knows!

If you choose to make cash donations to the church, please be aware that offering envelopes are available at the donation box in the foyer by the office door. If you wish to receive credit for tithes/offerings remitted as cash donations, PLEASE put cash in an offering envelope containing your name and the designated fund (if applicable) for which you wish to donate (i.e. General Fund, PIN, etc.). The envelope can then be put in the offering plate, dropped in the offering box outside the office, or taken to the office and given to David Fallis or Jennifer Baker. Any loose cash in the offering plate or donation box will go into General Fund. If you have questions or need assistance, please see David.

If you are a college student, young adult, middle-aged, or senior adult with a desire to see young people grow in their faith and are willing to volunteer alongside a team of amazing leaders on a Sunday or Tuesday evening a couple times a month, we have a place for you! Please see Tara for additional information!

Please continue to fill our Blessing Boxes. Keep in mind, as we get into the winter months, please do not leave any items in the boxes that could potentially freeze. Thank you for your food donations!

Our PBC kids love to learn about our God and Jesus and they love learning in Children’s Church on Sunday mornings. We need additional Children's Church teachers and would love for you to join our team of Children's Church workers. The lessons and activities are pre-planned and the schedule is several weeks out and flexible. Please join us in working with our precious kids. Our People In Need (PIN) Ministry requests your assistance in collecting gift cards to be distributed as needed for the purchase of gasoline. The gift cards can be from Kroger, Shell, or BP as these are the closest gas stations to PBC. You can place them in the basket on the table in the foyer.
